1. First apply for the filing of foreign trade operators, the pace is as follows:
First go to the Trade and Industry Bureau to add an account to the business license (the business scope must include "engaged in the import and export of goods and technology"), and then go to the Foreign Trade Section of the Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau for filing. Enterprises submitting to the Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau need to submit the following materials:
(1) The “Registration Form for Foreign Trade Operators” submitted online;
(2) A copy of the bankruptcy license after the change;
(3) A copy of the organization code certificate (individual industrial and commercial households may be exempted);
(4) Individual industrial and commercial households must submit a notarization certificate (this item) issued by a legal notary public;
(5) The foreign-funded enterprise first changes the bankruptcy license and the approval certificate, and then submits the capital credit certificate issued by the legal notarization agency (this article).
2. After obtaining the Registration Form for Foreign Trade Operators, before the general foreign trade business, the company still needs to complete the following procedures:
(1) Register with the customs of the local customs office;
(2) Go to the foreign exchange bureau in the country and obtain the verification number;
(3) Provincial Customs Golden Key focus ic card entry;
(4) The provincial technical supervision bureau shall identify and seal the website;
(5) The official seal of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau and the Taxation Bureau is being confirmed;
(6) The provincial customs clearance focus card;
(7) The website of the Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau is on the Internet for review and seal;
(8) The foreign exchange administration bureau is in the process of examination and approval;
(9) The material is returned to the local customs for verification;
(10) Customs ic card is opened for use;
(11) The enterprise will pass the customs registration book to the Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau.
