The thirty-fifth item "commodity name, specification model" increases the "brand type" and "export benefit situation", namely: (9) brand type. The brand type is required. Among them, “domestic independent brand” refers to a brand independently developed by domestic enterprises and possesses independent intellectual property rights; “domestic acquisition of brand” refers to the original overseas brand acquired by domestic enterprises; “overseas brand (OEM)” refers to domestic enterprises. An overseas brand used in OEM production; “Overseas brand (other)” refers to an overseas brand used in addition to OEM production. (10) Export enjoyment. The export benefit is the required item for export declaration.
